WHAT IS A NUTRITION FACTS LABEL?
A Nutrition Facts Label is a table on the food packages that contains the nutritional values of that specific product based on a fixed amount of that food. The fixed amount is called serving size. The nutrition facts label contains the standard Macros (Carbohydrates, Proteins, fats) and Micros (Vitamins, Minerals).
Do I need nutrition facts Labels on all products?
No, All of your products do not need Nutrition Facts labels on them.

FDA GUIDELINES FOR NUTRITION FACTS LABELING
FDA has certain rules and regulations for Nutrition facts labeling. FDA Nutrition facts labels must contain the total amount of calories, total fat, the amount of sodium and other essential macros and micros. Aside from this, The label or Package should enlist Ingredients, Allergens statement and all possible Claims.

1-CALORIES FROM FAT REMOVED.
FDA removed the calories from fat from its new updated Nutrition facts labels.
2-New FDA LABEL INCLUDES "ADDED SUGAR"
The biggest modification that FDA introduced is the inclusion of the ADDED SUGAR in its Nutrition facts labels. It will be a great advantage for diabetic consumers.
3-MICROS NUTRIENTS UPDATE.
Iron and calcium will be required as usual but, Vitamins A and C are no longer mandatory nutrients according to new FDA Guidelines.
They're replaced by Vitamin D and Potassium.
4-FOOT NOTE VALUES REMOVED.
FDA removes the standard nutritional values provided at the foot note of the Nutrition facts label.
